Just a note to thank you for all your efforts to make our group feel at home in your resort. Everyone was very complimentary of the accommodations, both lodging units and meeting facility. And the kids enjoyed the indoor pool very much. A couple of the guys played golf, and although the temps were high, they had a good time not being rushed through a round. We appreciate the extra time and trouble you took for us. I'll be glad to recommend TH anytime.
We had a blast there..would recommend it to anyone looking to have a wedding. Especially over by the Legacy and putting all of our family up in the rooms surrounding the Legacy. It made it all that much more special being able to hop from room to room visiting before the wedding.
I have been meaning to thank you for the wonderful accommodations provided for us on our visit to Branson. The Concierge got us some wonderful tickets/seats to the shows, and the condo we stayed in was beyond beautiful. We always stay at Thousand Hills whenever we come to Branson and we always will. Wanda, Thank you for a truly awesome weekend. Everyone who came, like always, commented how beautiful a place and wonderful staff at Thousand Hills. Wanda, we had a very successful day and it went better than I had hoped for, and compliments are still coming in. Wanda, I just wanted to THANK you both for everything! You were both so fun and easy to work with; it sure made things a lot easier on me. I would definitely recommend Thousand Hills to anyone having a conference. Armstrong Bank has used Thousand Hills Golf Resort as their headquarters for strategic planning for their Officers and Directors for the past several summers. We have found the staff to be perfect hosts and the facilities to be excellent for our needs, both educational and recreational. In fact, our board votes over and over to return each year to Thousand Hills.
Hi Wanda! Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything during our travel agent convention. The staff was very friendly & helpful - They did everything they said they would do, plus some more. The facility & the rooms were first class. We will definitely come to Thousand Hills again when we are in Branson. Everyone had a great time at your beautiful resort complex. The meeting was a success and folks were very pleased with the accommodations and meeting space. I can say that the phrase "Southern Hospitality" must have originated at Thousand Hills! Wanda and Dottie, the housekeepers, your front desk team and all the Thousand Hills Staff I dealt with while in Branson were exemplary at providing great service. Your rates combined with your level of service make for an excellent business meeting venue. Just a note to tell you how much our golf group enjoyed our stay in Branson. The condo accommodations were fabulous. Considering that Branson is not known as a golf resort, we found you golf course to be of good quality and very challenging. Another of your strong points is the unlimited shows and restaurants available when we were not golfing. Something for all tastes. We found them close and accessible. As you know, our club started in 1986 and we have done extensive traveling to many resorts across the country. For value received, Branson was very economical. We will consider another visit in the future. Wanda, I want to thank you again, The Golden Family had a wonderful time at Thousand Hills this year. A special thing happened I want to share with you. One of my sister’s families stayed in Bld A, #5 and a few of us were in her unit talking and making plans. While hanging out my daughter picked up the guest book that is in that room and discovered my father had written a nice note in it in 2007. It was bittersweet to see his hand writing and read his note. That was the last year they were able to attend and then they both passed within 8 weeks of each other in 2009. We have a close family and it permanently connected us to Thousand Hills. I thought I would write to thank you and your staff for the excellent job they did in helping to organize our recent meeting. I have a large part in putting meetings together in many locations throughout the world and some are easier than others. I must say the people at Thousand Hills were courteous and professional at all times. The willingness to go the "extra mile" was evident from the beginning. My co-workers who attended this function all came back with positive reports and I'm sure we will be coming back to Thousand Hills another time. Thank you soooooo much for helping with the family reunion!!!! Everything went sooooo smooth!!!!! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves. There were many positive compliments about the accommodations and central location. It was a perfect setting for our first family reunion in years. The banquet went well; food was good & the staff extremely helpful & nice. Everyone voted for a return engagement. From the first time I met anyone associated with Thousand Hills until the present time, I have been treated with respect, promptness, and professionalism. It is rare in business that one has the privilege of dealing with people of an organization that carry out their duties and responsibilities with such pride and obvious dedication to pleasing the customer. I cannot thank you enough for the absolutely beautiful job you did with my wedding reception. I will have the fondest memories of you & Thousand Hills throughout my entire life. I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the service provided to our Boys & Girls Clubs of Missouri area council spring meeting.
