You can come by the Club House lobby and pick-up towels for free, if you would like them delivered to the room there will be a $12.00 charge for each delivery.

Do you have irons in the rooms?

Each unit has Irons and Ironing boards.

Do you have hair dryers in the rooms?

Yes, each bathroom has a hair dryer.

Do you have WIFI in the rooms?

Each unit has WIFI access.

What is my WIFI password?

On page 4 of the black folder titled “Guest Services” usually found on the coffee table in your unit.

Yes, each room have complimentary Shampoo and Soap.

Yes, our Concierge services is Monday – Sunday 9:00 Am – 5:00 PM.

Do you have show schedules?

Yes, the concierge has weekly show schedules and times at the concierge desk.

Where is the indoor pool at Thousand Hills Resort and how do we access it?

The indoor pool is located in the backside of the Legacy Place on Glory Road. Your key gives you access to the door and the hours are 10am to 10pm.

Is there somewhere online that I can view pictures of the units?

Pictures can be found on our website at www.thousandhills.com. You can also book your reservation straight from there if you choose to do so.

How late can we check in at Thousand Hills?

We are open until 1 am on Sun, Mon, and Tues nights. The rest of the week we are here to check you in 24 hours a day.

Do you have bathrooms in your lobby?

Yes, they are located to your left after the big TV.

Do you have Cabins on the lake?

No cabins on the lake but we do have condos on the lake and cabins in town right next to an outlet mall.

Do you have discounted tickets?

No, unfortunately not we sell all of our tickets at box office price.

We have 7 people altogether and I want nothing bigger than a 2 bedroom, can we do this?

No, we cannot allow 7 people to stay in a 2 bedroom because of fire code regulations.

Do you allow pets?

We have only 1 (2) bedroom condo that allows up to 2 dogs. The first dog is $25 a day and the second one is $10 more a day. You have to keep your dog in a kennel when in the condo and you have to take your dog with you when you leave anywhere, they can’t be left in the condo at any time.

Do you have hot tubs?

No

Yes, we have 5 outdoor pools and one indoor pool.

Do I need to come to your office to check in for the Majestic condos?

Yes. Check-in for the Majestic condos are at the Clubhouse at 245 S Wildwood Drive.

Are there pots and pans in the kitchens at Thousand Hills?

Yes, each unit has a full complete cookware set of pots and pans.

Are there crockpots in the kitchen? 

No, that is not a standard item in the kitchen supply stock, although there may be a crockpot in the unit if the owner has provided it.

Do you provide breakfast? 

No, we do not provide breakfast, we do give cookies on departure.

Where do we go when there is severe weather? 

You are welcome to come to the clubhouse we have an area downstairs that is safe.

How do I check out?  Do I have to come to the Clubhouse?

You may come to the Clubhouse to check out if you would like us to print a receipt, we also give you delicious cookies for your trip home.  If you find it more convenient, you may simply leave your keys in your unit on the counter or table.  We also like if you give us a quick phone call to let us know you are headed home.

What is Thousand Hills Resort’s early check-in policy?

Check-in time for Thousand Hills Resort begins at 4 pm and in certain circumstances, early check-ins may not be possible.  If you wish to see if early check-in is possible, give us a call at the Front Desk and we will be glad to check you in as long as your unit is clean and ready.  We have a waiting list that we can place you on if your unit is not ready for you, and we will collect a cell phone number to call you when it is ready.

Can I request a specific unit to stay in?

We do everything possible to make sure your stay with us is perfect- including fulfilling special requests whenever possible.  There are times when it is simply not possible, but you can rest assured we are always excited to give you exactly what you want!

What channel is the big game/my favorite TV show on?

We will happily provide you with a channel guide if there is not one already in your unit.  Each unit has a handy Guest Book with helpful information for you, like WIFI password. 

Do you have Handicapped Accessible units?

When making your reservation with us, please mention your special need(s) to the reservationist and he or she will do their best to accommodate them.  In this case, the more details we have, the better we can serve you.  For instance, if you cannot do stairs, we like to know this ahead of time, so we can make sure you have no inconvenience during your stay.

How many bedrooms are in a 2 bedroom condo?

2 bedrooms with a king bed in each and a sofa sleeper which sleeps 2 people for a total of 6 in a 2bedroom condo.

Do your ground-level condos have stairs?

Yes, the 2nd-floor condos are walk-in level form parking some ground-level condos are near an elevator.

Can we grill on our back porch?

No, we have a few grills around the property that are available first come first serve.

In a 4 bedroom why can’t we have more than one platinum book?

The platinum book is a gift for a 2 bedroom or larger unit for 2 or more nights one book per condo or cabin.

Why can’t I have my unit number when I make reservations?

If for any reason the unit goes offline before your check-in, you may have to be moved to another unit.

Can you launch your boat from the Majestic boat dock area?

You cannot launch your boat from the Majestic boat dock, but the State Park Marina is about five miles away and they have a nice launch area.

Is there boat trailer parking at the Majestic?

Yes, there is an area to park your trailer.

Can anyone store their boat in the boat slip at Majestic?

You have to be a guest of Thousand Hills Golf Resort staying at the Majestic to have access to the boat slips. 

Do you have a swimming platform at the Majestic?

Yes, at the end of the dock is the swim platform.

Is there RV parking at your facilities?

We do have a designated area to park RVs that will be discussed during the check-in process.

Do all Thousand Hills units have washer and dryers?

Yes, all of our units have washer and dryers except our King Suites.  Our two-room king suites get daily maid service.

Do you have a restaurant on the property?

We have a snack bar located at the Club House that is open during the season, Mid-March – October 31each year.

Is there a Grocery Store or Walmart close by to the Resort?

Yes, right up the street from the resort there is a Price Chopper and Walmart.

Do you have a Fitness Center?

Yes, all guests of Thousand Hills can use the Fitness Center. You must go by the Club House Lobby and sign a form to use the facility.

Do your units have DVD or VCR Players?

Yes, all rooms have either DVD players and/or VCR players.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes, 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM are quiet hours for the resort.

Do you have rental equipment for your basketball hoops and tennis courts?
