Christmas in Branson is a great time to celebrate the holiday season as many of the places feature Christmas attractions that are dazzling with stunning Christmas lights and several decorated Christmas trees. Since the opening day of Branson’s Gift of Lights, it has partnered with Christian Action Ministries (CAM) to help fight hunger in Branson and Taney County, Missouri. Each year Christian Action Ministries food pantry distributes tens of thousands of pounds of food and grocery products to hungry and needy people in their community. Again this time of year, Branson’s Gift of Lights will help collect non-perishable food items to donate to CAM.

Trail of Lights at the Shepherd of the Hills is Branson’s original drive-thru light display that has become a favorite for the last 29 years. This Christmas light attraction in Branson is filled with millions of multi-colored Christmas lights and animated displays winding its way through the 160-acre Shepherd of the Hills Homestead.

You will step into a glass elevator that will bring you 230 feet up to the top of the Inspiration Tower, where everybody can experience Santa’s-eye view of the Trail of Lights and the spectacular view of Branson at night.

Let There Be Lights at Branson’s Promised Land Zoo is another Christmas light attraction in Branson that features a two-mile LED Drive Thru Christmas Display, Santa and Real Live Reindeer, Christmas Village with Living Nativity Petting Zoo, Christmas Movies and fully stocked Stocking Stuffer Gift Shop.

The drive-thru features a Candy Land Courtyard that is filled with lighted musical trees and Cinderella’s magical carriage. While you drive-thru, you can park your vehicle, cross the path to the courtyard, grab some hot chocolate and enjoy the Christmas carols and brilliant lighting displays.
