There are trails galore to hike on at Table Rock Lake. Take plenty of water and some food. Your whole group will enjoy hiking these gorgeous trails. One of my favorite trails is from Table Rock State park to the Dewey Short Visitor Center. This two mile eight foot wide paved trail is available for both hiking and biking, has restrooms available at various points, and meets the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. People hiking/biking the trail in the spring will view dogwood, serviceberry in various stages of bloom, redbud trees and lots of wildflowers. During the fall season, visitors are treated to nature’s colorful fall foliage. The trail is open from dawn to dusk to foot traffic, bicycles, skateboards and scooters. The only motorized vehicles permitted on the trail are motorized wheelchairs. Visitors and residents alike can experience the natural beauty and grandeur of the Ozarks outdoors during any area Branson youth activities.
