The Residence at Thousand Hills is a 30 unit patio home complex right in the middle of Branson that makes condominium ownership just a little bit easier. These attached 2 car garages, the units are 1650 square foot, 3 bedrooms and you can see from the neigShowtimerhood that it’s one quiet, gorgeous neigShowtimerhood. We’ll go inside before long but if you’re ever around, please stop by the Clubhouse and come and take a look at one of our open houses. We’re open every day!

So now that we’ve made it inside, you can see the living rooms at the Residences are quite gorgeous, featuring a very high, nice bar-all granite top. Which we’ll go into the kitchen in just a little bit. But the living room walks out onto an enclosed patio, fireplace, you can even put in an outdoor jacuzzi. Very private! One of the most private patios in all of our units within Thousand Hills.

Looking back from the door off of the outdoor patio you can see the very large kitchen. There are two doors to access the kitchen. As you can see the kitchens at the Residence are quite large. It’s got a very large pantry, and then another entry door that goes to a two car garage. There’s also a side-by-side stackable washer and dryer for your use. All appliances are included and you can see the unit is very tastefully done and well appointed. Hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room, and entryway.

Pantries in the unit are quite large and as you can see, we’ve left the shelves empty so you can come fill it up. Your wife is going to love this! Side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, black appliances, granite countertops, stainless steel sink, plenty of cabinet space.

And now we’re in the master bedroom and yes, that’s a king bed with 2 nightstands. The bedrooms are very large in this unit. Goes to the ensuite bathroom, double closets in the master bedroom and we’ll take a look at the bathroom in just a second.

2 sinks in this master bathroom and a large jetted whirlpool tub. It’s gonna make it real easy getting ready to go to one of the Branson music shows.

So now let’s go upstairs. It’s light, it’s bright, the upstairs guest bedroom. Your guests are going to love this! And know what we did? We put a window in the walk-in closet. There’s a sink outside here that makes it a little bit easier getting ready, served by a jack and jill bath for the next guest bedroom. And here’s your bathroom–the other door is the entry for the next guest bedroom.

Your second guest bedroom also has a king bed, 2 endtables, nice closet, and that sink that makes it easy to get ready. Also I can’t say enough about light & bright; she’s quite gorgeous and your friends aren’t going to want to leave!

Need extra storage? We’ve got it! Who would have ever thought you’d have attic space in a condo? Plenty of room to hold that Christmas tree, those spring or summer clothes you’re not wearing, or you could finish it off and it would make a great work-out room.
