Branson Lakefront Condos - 4 Bedroom/4 Bath Table Rock Lake Condos

MITCH WALDEN, RENTAL MANAGER>> Today we'd like to take you on a virtual tour of one of our 4 bedroom, 4 bath lake condos at our newest property, The Majestic at Table Rock, which is part of Thousand Hills Resort.

I'm starting this tour from up high in the mezzanine area of this condo. I'm looking down over the full kitchen and dining room-we'll go visit those in a second but I'm going to turn around and start us in this bedroom. This is actually the 4th bedroom that's upstairs in the mezzanine, it's got a king sized bed, TV in the armoire, and then across the hall here is the bathroom that goes with this unit. Dual vanities and a nice tub/shower combo up here. We have 2 different versions of 4 bedroom condos out here at the Majestic. One that has all 4 bedrooms and baths on the same level and this version that has the 4th bedroom and bath up a flight of stairs in the mezzanine area. And as we come down here to the lower level I'll turn around and show you where we just came from so you can kind of get a view-and that's where we were just at, up that flight of stairs here.

Here in the entryway here's our front door. To our left immediately is the 2nd bedroom, king sized bed and it's own bathroom here. Single vanity and nice shower here. This bathroom is also shared out to the main area of the condo. So you go out into the kitchen, dining room, living room area and you also have access to a bathroom here. Stepping out we have a good view of the living room area, kitchen area, and dining room area. This unit is decorated very nicely-it has granite countertops. All of the units do. As well as all of your major and minor kitchen appliances as well as dishware, silverware and glassware that you would need during your stay. Got a nice bar area that you can eat at and also the dining room area with plenty of seating for everyone in your group.

Coming here to our left we walk into the master. The master bathroom has en-suite dual vanities and then the bathroom, private bath here with oversized whirlpool tub, king sized bed, and then a great view out here as you walk through to the sunroom which has access from the master. But there's the lake and what better way to wake up than to look out at Table Rock Lake every morning!

Here is the sunroom. This one is decorated very nicely as well-it's got great furniture out here if you want to eat a meal or just relax. This one's got a nice little built-in gas fireplace, some furniture--these are climate controlled sunrooms so whether it's warm or cool you can be comfortable and have a great view of the lake while you're doing so. These units also have an open patio which we'll go over and view in just a second so if you'd rather be outside rather than inside when you're enjoying the view you can do so. Queen sized sleeper sofa here in the living room and also a large flat screen TV. And as you can see these units are lofted-this one in particular with the mezzanine level so very big, very large, very spacious.

Stepping out here then onto the patio, more of that beautiful lake view and patio furniture out here so you can relax and enjoy evenings at the lake or even have a meal out here if you'd like.

Our 4th bedroom is actually a second master suite, if you will, 4th king sized bed, also a beautiful view of the lake-this one steps out onto the open patio. Great armoire with the TV in there as well. Walk-in closets, plenty of space for everything you bring with you. And then it's own suite as well-single vanity here and then another tub and shower combination.

These are beautiful lake units. This property has an outdoor pool and also a resort dock that has nightly slip rental and lake swimming access so if you love the lake and want a great place to stay these are convenient condos. They are located just about 7 miles from the strip here in Branson so you're very close & convenient if you want to go back into Branson for shows or dinner, but you're also very very convenient to the lake. And as you can see these units are some of the nicest that you'll find anywhere on Table Rock.
