Branson Water Parks Keep You Cool

White WaterSummer will arrive in the Ozarks before we know it, and you and your family will be seeking out ways to stay cool and have a good time beating the heat.  If you are vacationing in or around the Branson area this summer, you are in water park country!  So get ready for some super splashy summer fun with Branson water parks.

White Water: White Water is Branson’s most popular water park in the summertime!  Featuring 2 million gallons of water, you won’t run out of ways to keep cool.  White Water features a variety of rides from adrenaline pumping to relaxing for the whole family.  Relax in the 500,000-gallon wave pool, or float down the adventurous 800-foot Aloha River.  Got little ones that love to splash in the water?  Take them over to Splashaway Cay and Coconut Cove with water slides, aqua-shooters, splash geysers and elevated walkways! Are you the type who likes fast paced water slides?  Check out the Pipeline Plunge, a twisting and turning race to the bottom of the slide!  Or, head over to the double speed interactive Raging River Rapids – you’ll race your friends to the end of two 200-foot slides.  For real thrill seekers, climb to the top of Kalahni Towers and take a heart stopping plunge back down!  Ohana Falls is a perfect thriller for the whole family – you can all ride down this giant water slide together.  The ultimate White Water thrill ride is the KaPau Plummet; this thrill ride is not for the faint of heart – the enclosed but transparent side by side slides are two hundred forty feet of sheer indescribable awesomeness!  Riders begin by standing in a launch capsule.  After the countdown, the see through bottom of the capsule drops out from underneath the brave riders, sending them plummeting in a seventy degree free fall and rushing down the slide at twenty-six feet per second to the bottom of the ride.  The transparent slide allows onlookers to watch their brave friends splash down!

Splash Country Indoors: Some water parks are weather dependent – but not Splash Country Indoors!  Rain or shine, this water park will keep you and your family entertained for hours.   Hot tubs, a Lazy River, a water-basketball court, bungee swings and more are perfect for cooling down on a hot summer day.
