Ozark Mountain Christmas in Branson Missouri

If you have never driven around Branson Missouri at night during November or December, you are missing out on an extravagant display of lights, one often rated the best in the country. It is fittingly called the Festival of Lights and it hosts a drive along path that is lined with Branson Christmas displays and lights a mile long. This path is located off Shepherd of Hills Expressway and Roark Valley Road. But that’s not all Branson Missouri has to offer in the spirit of Christmas.

If you have been around Branson much at all, you know that the shows are well known and people come from all over to see them. But don’t forget to come back at Christmas time because many of shows in town do a Christmas special that is different from their regular performances and you don’t want to miss that.  

Not to mention the many options available for finishing up that last minute Christmas shopping. There are outlet malls, name brand stores, and specialty stores where you can find hand made items. Also, a fairly new addition to Branson, the Branson Landing, where you can shop and stroll on the lake and enjoy Christmas music with a water and fire show.
