Branson Cabins - September's a Great Time to "Rough it!"
The Branson cabins at Grand Mountain, a part of Thousand Hills Resort are a popular and often requested place to stay in Branson. By virtue of their location and unique amenities there's not much else like them in town. With autumn weather coming on, they're in even more demand than usual - here's why!
The month of September is an special time for visitors as there are numerous events and festivals that are celebrated in Branson this month. As we mentioned in a previous article, superb craftsmanship can be found during the National Harvest Festival at Silver Dollar City when various handcraftsmen showcase their wares. Personal interaction with the artists is also possible which makes this festival unique. Silver Dollar City is located a few short miles from our Branson Cabins.
In September the ‘Autumn Daze Arts and Crafts Festival’ is also celebrated which attracts numerous visitors to the Branson area to see, enjoy and buy good quality craft and art pieces. A contest is also held for the best piece of art.
If you are a die-hard athlete then the ‘Branson Ironman Triathlon’ organized here will hold a special attraction for you. The K-Swiss Ironman 70.3 is a grueling swim, big & run held each year. Come out & watch the competitors tackle one of the toughest courses in the nation!
The final reason people are choosing cabins this time of year? Nothing goes together better than gorgeous fall weather and a log cabin with a gas fireplace. After all the activities in town you'll look forward to coming home & relaxing in the living room.Subscribe and Get the Latest Branson Updates
